NASA gets it that their risk management requires action in case something goes wrong with the upcoming Hubble Space Telescope Mission of Atlantis. Endeavour traveled all night to its destination so that it can lift off within a week of Atlantis' launch, if required.
October 10 is the planned date for Atlantis' lift-off but a delay is possible due to a payload damage earlier this week. Good news is that NASA goes ahead with its preparations while the Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX gets ready to re-open next Monday after closing for the hurricane Ike.
