LONDON, March 16, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company , today announced that it has appointed Marisa Kacary as Global Vice President, Marketing. Ms. Kacary has been appointed to lead the company's marketing programmes and further build Futurestep's brand as the global leader in strategic talent acquisition solutions.

Based in London but with a global remit, Ms. Kacary joins Futurestep with considerable industry experience. Most recently, she was Director of Marketing and Communications of Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), and prior to that, she was responsible for Marketing at Capital Consulting, a leading global pure play RPO provider acquired by AMS in February 2008. Ms. Kacary spent the early part of her career in the IT and telco sector, working in marketing roles for organisations such as Cable&Wireless, Compaq and Nortel Networks.
