UTRECHT, The Netherlands, January 28 /PRNewswire/ --

- Global IT Software Innovator Forges Strategic Alliance With LetmedoIT; Opens Office in Utrecht and Announces Several MSP and Reseller-Focused Training and Education Events

Building upon its success in the UK, N-able Technologies(R), the global leader in network and systems management software and services for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT professionals, today announced it is expanding its international footprint to include countries in Northern and Western Europe including Scandinavia, the Netherlands and eventually Germany.

In support of these efforts, N-able opened a new office in Utrecht and is hosting a seven-city best practices European road show which starts February 2 in Oslo, Norway (http://www.n-able.com/news/events/). Upon conclusion of each of these free training and education events, attendees will receive a demonstration of N-able's award-winning N-central network and systems management software, as well as complimentary N-central software valued at nearly $6,000US, which can be used to proactively monitor and manage up to 50 IP-enabled devices at any one time.

In addition, N-able has forged a strategic alliance with LetmedoIT (http://www.letmedoit.nl/), a well-known MSP in Utrecht that will act in an agent capacity for N-able. The industry leader also plans to announce additional relationships with other master agents and software distributors throughout Europe in the weeks ahead.

We've seen tremendous growth among our channel partners in the UK and are looking to replicate that success throughout Northern and Western Europe, says Gavin Garbutt, president CEO of N-able Technologies. Interest among international channel partners and IT professionals around managed services is growing rapidly, making it the right time for us to put feet on the street and invest in a second European office. Our new agent relationship with LetmedoIT not only extends our footprint, but enables us to address the needs of the European market faster and with greater efficiency.

Market statistics from business bureaus in Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden indicate the total number of small and mid-size enterprises in these countries exceeds 1.5 million. N-able's experience, coupled with results from the recent MSPmentor 100 survey, confirms assessments that the European managed services market is growing up fast, with demand expected to hit an all-time high in 2009.

The European market is always looking for ways to improve business efficiencies and increase the quality of service provided to customers, says Sietse Daudey, owner and director of LetmedoIT. As a master agent for N- able, we will demonstrate to channel partners and IT professionals the value of N-central's remote management and monitoring capabilities and enable them to reap the business and customer service advantages managed services offers.

Among the wave of channel partners to deploy N-able's N-central 6.7 software in Europe is Ståle Welle of PC Support in Norway. We've been using N-central 6.7 for just under two months and have already seen tremendous gains when it comes to tech utilization rates and improving customer service and resolution time, says Welle. Having the ability to simultaneously survey and manage our clients' networks remotely from a single dashboard is an outstanding customer service advantage that we just couldn't find in any of the other managed services platforms.
