I worked on theoretical strong-interaction particle Physics, including string and preon models, during the 1970's and the early 1980's. During the 1980's, I was with other colleagues at the origin of the cross-disciplinary work on neutrino and dark matter detectors. I have been at the origin of the superbradyon hypothesis and explored the use of ultra-high-energy cosmic rays to test the fundamental principles of Physics.
