Vasile Mustafa

I am a retired physicist. I graduate in 1962, University "A.I.Cuza" Iasi Romania. I have a Master in physics, and I start the PhD studies, (completing all the requirements as exams and reports) except thesis defence, opportunity to leave Romania.
I worked in industrial field on Non-Destructive Testing, and Technological Risk Analysis.
