Acentic now gives hoteliers the possibility of choosing Acentic's industry leading Panorama platform regardless of the network, coax or structured cabling, throughout the hotel with the release of the Acentic Panorama IP solution. This opens up Acentic's market for installations at hotels that have implemented a converged network strategy. Hotels that only have structured cabling used to have limited choices of proven iTV solutions. Panorama IP over structured cabling now brings these hotels access to one of Europe's most widely deployed iTV solutions. Bundled with Acentic's High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) product, hotels now have a one-stop shop for all their guest entertainment services.
Panorama IP combines the power of an Acentic custom developed IP Set-Top-Box, that is tailor made to the needs of the hotelier, with Acentic's exclusive centralised architecture, enabling the delivery of a powerful and fully customisable Adobe Flash-based interface. Panorama IP is the only system where the television set and the set top box appear as one and all aspects of the system and In-Room Television can be controlled centrally. Acentic Panorama IP will enable hotels without a coaxial network to deliver an outstanding experience to guests with exactly the same services and quality as over coaxial.
