The show explores the challenges, opportunities and business drivers for implementing emerging payments and document automation technologies and processes. FUSION 2010 will be held May 9-13 at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. BancTec will be located in Booth #707.
FUSION 2010 attendees will have a special opportunity to visit BancTec's advanced business process outsourcing (BPO) center in Irving, Texas, during a tour to be held on Thursday, May 13 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Visitors to the BPO center will see the preparation, scanning, and quality control functions of a state-of-the-art document management facility, as well as the specific functional layout that creates optimum workflow efficiencies, beginning with receipt of documents all the way through the destruction phase. Processing services at this facility include document image and archive, electronic medical records processing, AP processing, inbound mail services and microfilm and microfiche services.
BancTec's leadership role at FUSION 2010 will also include participation in a case study presentation entitled, Zero to AP Automation in 45 Days or Less. Held on Tuesday, May 11 at 2:15 p.m., the case study presentation will outline how GateHouse Media not only undertook and completed an AP automation project in less than 45 days, but also exceeded business expectations and realized a high return on investment.
