ABU DHABI, UAE, September 2, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) represented by the UAE Computer Emergency Response Team (aeCERT), in cooperation with Khalifa University of Science and Technology with UBM have brought to the Middle East, Black Hat, recognising the importance of increasing online security.
Pre-registration for Black Hat is now open and a Call for Papers has been announced, giving industry professionals the opportunity to participate in the Black Hat Briefings, a platform designed to fill the need for computer security professionals to better understand the security risks to information infrastructures and computer systems. Industry professionals are invited to submit their presentations along with applications to speak openly about the problems faced and potential solutions.
The deadline for applications is September 15, 2010. Interested professionals can submit their material through the official Black Hat website http://www.blackhat.com.
