Within the UK business, Avis Europe is now able to capture a single view of the company's top-20 product developments, make better investment and pipeline decisions, while predicting programme dynamics with greater accuracy. In addition, moving to a matrix management and matching their available resources to their project workloads has improved processes across the business.

Rollout of Avis Europe's CA Clarity PPM powered IT Programme Management Office capability to other major European locations will take place during the second half of 2010.
