WIESBADEN, Germany, June 16, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- The member of the management board Dr Hartmut Voss has terminated his employment contract with effect as of 30 September 2010 and will resign from the management board of PI Personal Informatik AG at that time. Dr Voss has hereby exercised a special termination right granted in his employment contract for the event of a change of control as further defined in the contract. Such change of control had occurred as a result of the acquisition by Argon GmbH Co. KG of more than 30% of the voting rights in PI Personal Informatik AG on 16 March 2010.
