LOS GATOS, California, July 14 --
Tigo Energy, (www.tigoenergy.com), the solar company whose unique technology
significantly increases efficiency in photovoltaic solar installations,
announced today that AEE Solar will be the first US Distribution Partner to
carry the TIGO Energy Maximizer System as a catalog product.
The TIGO Energy Maximizer System provides an innovative solution to maximizing
power output in today’s PV systems. The revolutionary technology provides
up to 20% improvement from the same PV array by implementing a combination of
innovative technologies that provide more energy production, increased
visibility into the individual system components, and additional safety in array
deactivation. With over 25 systems installed around the world and operational
for over 12 months, Tigo Energy has gathered significant data on reliability,
stability and up time in real world conditions for improved energy harvest.
The TIGO Energy Maximizer System is ramping to full production and will be
available for ordering through the AEE Solar catalog and website. Installation
training will be provided via hands-on classes in coordination with AEE Solar
training.
We are excited to offer the TIGO Energy Maximizer System to our customers. The
system works in harmony with current PV system components to increase the energy
harvest, system visibility and operational safety of residential, commercial and
utility-scale PV systems, said David Katz, founder and CEO of AEE Solar.
We are pleased to be working with AEE Solar, the prominent leader in the
wholesale distribution of solar, wind and micro-hydroelectric systems and
equipment. We believe AEE Solar’s 30 years of PV expertise will help
introduce the benefits of the innovative TIGO Energy Maximizer System across the
US, stated Jeff Krisa, Tigo Energy’s Vice President of Sales and
Marketing.
Tigo Energy will be offering demonstrations of the TIGO Energy Maximizer System
at Intersolar North America (Booth 9147). An analysis of real-world PV systems
and side-by-side comparisons with and without the system will be available, as
well as more information about how Tigo Energy can improve residential,
commercial and utility-scale systems in new and retrofit installations.
Additionally, Tigo Energy executives, Sam Arditi (CEO) and Jeff Krisa (Vice
President of Sales and Marketing), will be speaking at the conference and
available for questions. Jeff Krisa will present The PV Roadmap: The Latest
Developments Within Balance of Systems Technology, on Tuesday, July 14 at 1:30pm
in Moscone West, Level 3 -Alcove 1 and Sam Arditi will be speaking about
Maximizing the Value Performance of Solar Power Systems on Tuesday, July 14 at
3:00pm in Moscone West, Level 3 - Alcove 1.
