Today IPgallery and Tvinci announced the availability of a joint solution enabling users to consume, share and communicate by utilizing TV services via the Internet.
The joint solution enables the delivery of unique TV services enriched with Web 2.0 and communication features. It targets mobile and fixed-line operators that aim to offer their subscribers advanced quad-play services .
