The draws will be made as per the schedule above and a winner will be selected from all those who attended a laser eye surgery consultation in the dates as indicated. The last draw will be made on Wednesday 5th January 2011. The winners will be notified by phone and e-mail. Optical Express are not connected in any way with the working order of the goods and once in possession any faults with the goods must be taken up with the manufacturer. Optical Express will wish to publish the name of the winner in marketing material so anyone who would rather not have their name used in such a way should not apply.
