recognized by independent research firm Forrester Research, Inc. as a hot vendor
in Business Service Management in the firm’s overview of BSM solutions
report entitled Who’s Hot in Business Service Management published on June
11, 2009. This report is an update to the Forrester Wave(TM) on BSM originally
published in March 2007, and OpTier is one of only seven technology vendors from
that original report evaluated in the update.
