Joseph's appointment will drive ongoing growth for Redknee in MEA as it continues to build its regional team to enhance support for its customers as the region's adoption of 3G begins to gain momentum.

Leading Redknee's growing team in the Middle East and Africa, Joseph will focus on building new relationships and working with high growth and group operators to deliver the benefits of real-time converged billing for multi-play services. His appointment comes as the Middle East and African region is projected to lead the world in terms of mobile broadband adoption by 2012. According to Pyramid Research, the region will double its current share of global mobile data revenue by 2014. Previously, Joseph was Middle East, West Africa and South East Europe Regional Manager at International Turnkey Systems (ITS). At ITS, he was responsible for regional operational and strategic guidance and enhancing relationships and collaboration with customers, partners and internal business units. During his career, Joseph has also held roles including General Manager at Multitek, a computer solutions provider, and was the Editor of telecoms and computers at Al Iktissad Wal Aamal, a leading Arab publishing group.
