ZUG, Switzerland, December 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The Swiss biopharmaceuticals company AmVac AG in Zug has joined forces with the long-term strategic investor V+ GmbH Co Fonds 2 KG. The private equity company based in Dresden has invested CHF 1,500,000 in AmVac AG since the first half of 2009. Last week V+ GmbH Co Fonds 2 KG announced their intention of acquiring further shares in AmVac AG to the sum of CHF 3,000,000.00.

The extremely encouraging prospects described by AmVac for vaccines for the indications premature babies and prostatitis have convinced us.
