The TempTale4USB monitor combines the performance and reliability of the TempTale4 temperature monitor with an enhanced feature set enabling quick and easy shipment dispositions. With its integrated USB 2.0 communications and powerful on-board microprocessor, the TempTale4USB creates a secure Adobe(R) PDF shipment report without installing proprietary software or hardware readers. Access to the Adobe(R) PDF report with commonly available reader software permits on-site shipment decisions without computer installations and upgrades, system deployments or staff training.
The TempTale4USB also generates an encrypted data file compatible with Sensitech's TempTale(R) Manager Desktop software and internet-enabled ColdStream(TM) Cold Chain Manager application. This protected data file facilitates the efficient exchange, storage and analysis of cold-chain information to support the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21, Part 11 compliance and quality assurance requirements.
The TempTale4USB temperature monitor is particularly well suited for complex distribution networks with multiple independent receiving sites, says Jeff Hawkins, manager, Strategic Marketing at Sensitech. Clinical trials shipments, last-mile distribution of temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals and biologics, and sales representative supply chains have historically been difficult applications for cold-chain monitoring. This new monitor helps our customers reduce shipment disposition cycle times and costs, while maintaining data integrity.
The TempTale4USB temperature monitor is available with programmable alarm settings and display options, 16,000 data point storage capacity and a National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST) traceable calibration. A hardware validation manual is available upon request to expedite validation and qualification processes.
