The Really Simple Systems API is a SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) based interface, allowing low level objects in the cloud CRM system (http://www.reallysimplesystems.com/default.asp) to be read, updated and created using XML data. Records can be retrieved individually or multiple records can be retrieved based on search criteria.
