Under the agreement, Vitility will resell the ChangeGear(TM) technology suite to UK-based companies who are looking to better track, manage and control their IT infrastructures. In addition to SunView's software solutions, Vitility will also provide local support and professional consulting services for SunView Software's new and existing UK customers.
Based on the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices framework, the ChangeGear product suite improves and streamlines IT processes allowing companies to eliminate system downtime, reduce operational costs and ensure regulatory compliance.
